Directed by Farshid Ayyoubinejad, the short ‘Breathing’ has been selected to vie at Festival Internacional de Cine bajo la Luna de Islantilla in Spain.
Ayyoubinejad’s short is about workers of a stone factory who don't have health care and have to hide in a small dark room every month when the insurance agent arrives. This time, though, something unexpected happens there.
Breathing has so far succeeded to grab the award for Best Direction and Best Film at the 21st Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Vila-real in Spain and the award for best short film at the Human Rights International Film Festival in Italy.
The 12 edition of the Festival Internacional de Cine bajo la Luna de Islantilla will be held from July 1 to August 31, 2019.
